$1000 base price includes all items listed below:  
tables, chairs, linens etc. are extra depending on number of guests. call for pricing.

Use of venue for all day 11am-11pm

• Two 10 x10 tents with lighting
• Use of refrigerator and large cooler for ice.
• Two 8 ft serving tables with linens
• Two 6 ft serving tables with linens for drink station
• Cake table w/linens (serving set and white dove center piece if desired
• Separate dressing areas for wedding parties
• Parking and facilities to support up to 175 guests
• Tiki torches
• Easel for Wedding portrait
• Projector screen
• Guest book table with linens
• 2 hr. rehearsal day before
• Includes 3 on-site planning meetings
• 4 personalized directional signs

Chairs, Dinning tables, linens etc. are EXTRA depending on number of guests.  

*We allow beer and wine only

Wedding venue available 11am for set up to 11pm for clean up.

There will be an additional charge of $25 for each 15 minuets overtime.
