- Seasonal Flowers
- Manicured lawns
- Two 10 x10 tents
- Decorations for ceremony site, tables, plant stands, etc.
- Laege wrap around porch for serving area
- Two 8 ft serving tables with linens
- 1 drink station with linens
- Punch bowl
- Cake table (serving set and white dove center piece if desired)
- Use of refrigerator
- Separate Dressing areas for wedding party

The wrap around porch can serve as a buffet serving area.
